On your initial visit a thorough evaluation will be completed. You will be given an individualized home exercise program, specific to your symptoms, to assist with your recovery. It is imperative that the exercise program be followed at home to achieve optimal results. You will then be seen for follow-up visits until your goals are achieved. Most insurances cover physical therapy services, even without a referral.

Completing all patient forms ahead of time will save time on your initial visit.

Frequently Asked Questions //

What do Physical Therapists Do?

Physical therapists are experts in restoring movement and function. After examining patients, therapists create comprehensive programs focused on total body care, injury prevention, as well as safe and timely returns to work, life, or sports. Depending on the needs of a particular patient, physical therapists may move a joint, provide soft tissue work to a muscle, or perform a corrective exercise to restore normal movement patterns and function.

In addition to this hands-on care, physical therapists educate patients on preventing injury and performing home exercises.

How do I  Receive Physical Therapy?

You do not need a doctor's referral to attend our clinic for any of our services. You simply walk-in and/or call to set up an appointment. In some cases, your insurance company will guide you to the "in network" providers like Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness. The final decision as to where you receive rehabilitation care is up to you.

I Was Referred to Another Clinic for Treatment. Can I Come to Your Facility Instead?

Yes, no matter where your doctor refers you, you are able to choose any facility you like.
